Cauliflower Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Organic Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Organic Milk
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs Butter or Ghee
  • 1 cup Red Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 425°F.

  2. Cut the Cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a shallow bowl, stir together Milk, Almond Flour, and Garlic Powder.

  4. Dip each piece of Cauliflower in the batter and allow the extra batter to drip off.

  5. Place on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Melt the Butter in a saucepan over low heat.

  8. Mix together the melted Butter and Red Hot Sauce.

  9. Toss cooked Cauliflower pieces with sauce.

  10. Serve with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
