Best of Cauliflower
Amazing, delicious, especially if you like wings
- 2 lbs Organic Cauliflower
- 1 cup Organic Milk
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs Butter or Ghee
- 1 cup Red Hot Sauce
Preheat over to 425°F.
Cut the Cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
In a shallow bowl, stir together Milk, Almond Flour, and Garlic Powder.
Dip each piece of Cauliflower in the batter and allow the extra batter to drip off.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Melt the Butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Mix together the melted Butter and Red Hot Sauce.
Toss cooked Cauliflower pieces with sauce.
Serve with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
