Cauliflower Rice

Favorite Rice

A rice alternative that is totally healthy, and easier to digest!

  • 2 lbs Organic Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  1. Cut the cauliflower into large chucks for grating.

  2. Shred the cauliflower with a grater.

  3. Chop the onion into small pieces.

  4. Sauté the chopped onion until slightly brown.

  5. Mix the cauliflower, onion, butter, salt, and pepper together.

  6. Cook the now-shredded cauliflower mixture in a covered skillet for 10 minutes over low heat until soft.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
