Mashed Cauliflower


Delicious Mashed Cauliflower

  • 2 lbs Organic Cauliflower
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Organic Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
  1. Cut the florets (actual flower buds) off the stem of the cauliflower.

  2. Bring water to a boil and add the florets, cooking for 20 minutes over medium heat.

  3. Mash the cooked cauliflower with the butter and salt and pepper (and cheese if you choose).

  4. Serve and enjoy!
