Curried Lamb Chops

  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 12 Lamb Chops Frenched or full Fat
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut cream, garlic, coconut aminos, curry powder, coriander, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Coat the lamb with the mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.

  2. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the lamb and cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium to medium-rare. Let rest for a few minutes before servings.
