Match/Turmeric Coconut Bar

  • 200 g Pure Organic Coconut Cream
  • 3 tbsp Bulletproof Ghee
  • 1 tsp Organic Matcha Tea
  • 1 tsp Organic Turmeric
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan Salt
  1. Make sure the coconut cream is chopped into small pieces to ensure even melting. Never try to melt large bars or blocks of coconut that have not been chopped.

  2. Avoid all contact with water! As it will over dilute and will not allow to properly hold together.

  3. Melt the coconut slowly over low heat. If heat is too high, it will burn the cream.

  4. Stir the coconut frequently with a wooden spatula, once the outer edges start to melt.

  5. Coconut retains its shape when melted, so the only way to know if its truly melted is to stir it and break it apart with the spatula.

  6. Add the 3 tbsp of ghee, and continue to stir. until everything is melted.

  7. Add the Matcha Tea, very slowly while you continue to stir and same with the turmeric.

  8. When completed, let it rest for 30 seconds. off the stove.

  9. Get the mold setup and ready in the freezer… Pour the liquid gently into the chocolate shape mold, and let it sit for 1 hour before removing and begin to serve. If any left over, please keep in the fridge.
